Growing up in Northern Minnesota, Eric has been working with small businesses for most of his life, starting his own consulting company in his junior year of college.

In 2012 he joined James Hardie as a business development manager in San Francisco to focus on contractor growth & development. He has since served in multiple roles, including sales manager, product manager, and general manager.

Eric currently lives in Chicago, and leads the Repair and Remodel segment for James Hardie.
