About Breakthrough Academy

We run a ridiculously fast growing company that helps entrepreneurs in the trades industry grow their businesses by implementing excellent operational systems into their companies. We believe in the unlimited potential of entrepreneurship and help our members (clients) break through barriers and take their businesses to the next level.

Our proprietary training program brings systemization to a company’s operations, develops an entrepreneur’s core business skills, and holds accountability to goals along a clear business plan.

Breakthrough Academy is now just five years old and growing rapidly with over 300 business owners developing in the program, and an awesome team of 25 running the show. We’ve seen extraordinary growth so far with a small start-up team and we’re well on track to continue our growth pattern.

Application Form

In The Role, You Will Be:

  • Connecting with prospects in a consultative way and educating potential members on the value of the BTA’s proprietary training program
  • Building relationships with business owners within the contracting industry
  • Conducting initial discovery calls with prospects
  • Completing robust Business Assessment meetings with prospects to uncover their business challenges and provide the best solutions to meet their needs
  • Driving revenue growth through proactive outreach to new and existing members
  • Closing the deal with prospects to start their journey with Breakthrough Academy
  • Using our CRM as a key tool to support your success and update the database daily/weekly
  • Communicating clearly with all upcoming members to ensure they are prepared and aware of expectations prior to starting the program
  • Collaborating with the Member Success Manager to ensure all program preparation is completed on time and payments are in
  • Maintaining digital calendar and goal accountability sheet to ensure you are optimizing your flow and personal productivity
  • Staying up to date and informed on BTA programs to deepen your understanding and maximize application in potential members’ businesses

Experience Required

  • 5+ years’ experience in a high-performance sales role, preferably in a position focused on closing
  • Proven experience doing B2B sales with small and medium businesses or doing franchise sales
  • Strong entrepreneurship experience and business acumen, ideally having ran your own business or franchised organization
  • Previous experience in high growth environment strongly preferred
  • Advanced CRM knowledge, preferably with Salesforce
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism and high attainment mindset
  • Post secondary degree preferred
