About Breakthrough Academy

We run a ridiculously fast growing company that helps entrepreneurs in the trades grow their businesses by implementing excellent operational systems into their companies. We believe in the unlimited potential of entrepreneurship and help our members (clients) break through barriers and take their businesses to the next level.

Our proprietary training program brings systemization to a company’s operations, develops an entrepreneur’s core business skills, and holds accountability to goals along a clear business plan.

Application Form

In The Role, You Will Be:

  • Engaging with prospects to increase leads and drive sales
  • Setting and rescheduling sales appointments, organizing and responding to emails, setting up daily reminders, etc.
  • Providing outstanding customer service to all prospects over the phone, text and via email
  • Acting as a brand ambassador with new and past prospects
  • Maintaining diligent follow up with prospects to ensure the right people come through the sales funnel
  • Supporting the sales team with organizing the sales flow (Setting and rescheduling sales appointments, organizing and responding to emails, setting up daily reminders, etc.)
  • Managing multiple calendars and email inboxes
  • Working with the marketing team to help increase the quality of leads we bring in
  • Maintaining regular and ongoing communication with sales team members on the status of our goals and provide weekly updates
  • Encouraging the sales team by celebrating successes, driving motivation and momentum
  • Supporting with CRM migration and maintaining an accurate database
  • Using numerous different software applications and navigate between each one effectively

Experience Required

  • 3+ years’ experience in a sales or marketing coordination/admin position
  • Proven experience doing B2B sales with small businesses
  • Inside sales or marketing experience is an asset
  • Previous experience in high growth environment strongly preferred
  • Advanced CRM knowledge, preferably with Salesforce and/or Zoho
  • Proficiency with GSuite, Microsoft Office Suite, Dropbox and Slack
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism and attention to details
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Passion for continued improvement and sharing best practices
