Judy guards the company culture by putting the right people in the right place. In 2020, Kayben Inc. saw 0% staff turnover and 100% of their team completed training to level-up. They are modernizing how they train, and deliver a super-detailed application process to get great people.
Judy also just finished her certificate in Organizational Psychology in 2020.

Bruce is focused on growing his company by growing his people!  He has an average tenure of 17 years among his foremen; grew the company by 18% in 2020; and is effectively promoting #2s to #1s as they dive into 2021 with twice the work booked compared to this time last year! He’s a great guy who simply “looks forward to high-fiving employees.”

Brian is a 36-year industry expert who commits year-round work to his 30+ employees in a highly variable climate. His team “works with us, not for us” and he has a collaborative approach to training and decision-making.  Brian is incredibly innovative, finding new opportunities and service offerings… oh, and he’s driving +40% revenue growth year-over-year!

Benji is a ‘says it like he sees it’, no BS kinda guy. He’s assessed thousands of contracting companies to get them on track to scale and really gets that realm. You can hear him behind the mic weekly as the co-host of the Contractor Evolution podcast.

Mark Bradley co-founded LMN in 2009 based on his company’s need for landscape software that simply didn’t exist. Having recently completed the transition from landscape business owner to tech entrepreneur, Mark is committed to transforming talented landscape professionals into better business owners through industry leading software and learning opportunities.
