After experiencing every level of the entrepreneurial journey, Paul has a fully realized understanding of the challenges and successes that a trades business owner will face. Starting off as a plumber and gas fitter, he learned what it really takes to be a trades professional, but knew he wanted to make a larger impact on those around him. This need to enrich the lives of others, led him to start his own gutter installation and maintenance business, where he was able to drive the personal and professional growth of his staff and bring them the success they deserved. 

With his drive to make a lasting positive impact on peoples lives, Paul is the ideal fit to join our passionate and high powered sales team. He has excelled at every stage of business, from installing, to owning, to selling and is excited to help others grow on the back of his experience.  Paul’s focus surrounds helping people become more than they were yesterday, and the entrepreneurial journey is just that, expanding yourself to meet the next challenge, no matter what that challenge is. His people first approach has fueled his achievements and he is excited to continue that journey with the BTA Community. 

Clearly, Paul is an incredibly caring person. So, it should be no surprise that he and his wife have been together since grade 9 and have raised three amazing daughters (aged 14, 10, and 6) who are a constant source of joy in their lives. Paul loves spending time with his family and friends, taking every opportunity to head up a mountain for a hike or gathering everyone together for a BBQ. Another of his passions is real estate. He dove in, after selling his company, and is loving managing his portfolio and all the opportunities each new property possesses. Ever the family man, he’d have no problem cruising around town in a mini-van either. They are just so darn practical!
