Being in this community has allowed me access to ideas and best practices through the mastermind events and our regular biweekly pods, where we have the chance to exchange ideas amongst our peers, problem-solve, and set goals to implement what is needed. My business today is light years ahead of where it was 5 years ago, and BTA and the community I am a part of has had a huge hand in that.
We have always been always great with our customer service and product knowledge. However, what we were lacking were back end processes such as financials, marketing, recruitment, hiring, goal setting and review, and planning for profit rather than growth for the sake of gowing. My company joined BTA about 2 years ago and it has changed our business tremendously. It has resulted in not just growing our business but growing with a healthy and sustainable plan.

Being a member of BTA has helped our painting business tremendously. It has eliminated the chaos we had in our company.
