From the outside, Hashtag Plumbing owners Brent and Chloë Mooney were running a successful 6-figure plumbing business. On the inside, things felt a lot more hectic.

A simple, anonymous weekly form and regular 45–60 minute reviews opened communication while protecting privacy. Chloe runs check-ins so employees can raise issues without fear. That routine uncovered problems before they became crises, and made management a predictable, repeatable process.
