Cooper and Janelle have never been afraid of hard work. They started CLS as a university class project, and through pure hustle grew it to be a 4M/year business. The problem was they had zero visibility into their numbers and didn't understand their business's own profit centres.
Since joining Breakthrough Academy they've cast a clear vision for the future and dialled in their KPIs. With better dashboards and their strong leadership skills, the Leary's have made huge gains in their business and in their personal lives. They've gone from "data blind" to "dialled in" and CLS is now trending towards 8-figures across three locations.
- Made massive gains in Priority Management and Block Scheduling - getting more out of their most finite resource: time.
- Conduct annual and quarterly Strategic Planning sessions.

Cooper has now established himself as the CEO of the company and is out of the day-to-day. Before BTA Cooper was working long days every day of the week. Nowadays, Cooper oversees the leadership team and has the space to spend on vision and strategy. Cooper has recently joined a golf course and has two days a week that he can sneak in a quick 18 holes. Before BTA and children, Cooper was an 8-handicap golfer and has now gotten that down to a 5. BTA has not only helped his business grow but helped him gain the freedom back to enjoy his time with his family.
Janelle has now established herself as the CFO of the company and only has 2 direct reports. She has successfully implemented a great tech stack into the business. Janelle absolutely loves to analyze information, and through BTA principles, she can now see everything she needs through Hubspot, LMN, and the MBP file."
