Through dedication and pure hard work in running her own business consulting firm, coupled with extensive experience in construction project management, her deep understanding of the crossroad between business operations and construction brings an invaluable holistic perspective to share with our BTA Community.

A quintessential entrepreneur, this natural executor set out to establish a successful consulting firm where she spent 10+ focussed years flexing her skillset to help her clients reach their business goals to achieve their vision of living values-based lives. Darsh prioritizes finding that balance between crushing career goals while maintaining a peace of mind and physical health. It’s a pro move and she continues to strive to help others achieve this balance to get the most out of life.

Embracing the journey, Darsh and her family took an opportunity to live in Spain for a few years – creating lifelong memories and invaluable life experiences with her daughter and husband, and making new connections along the way.
