For the first 10 years of his profession Paul managed large construction projects across almost every industry sector. His work has taken him throughout China, the US and Canada. After obtaining designation as a professional engineer, he built a reputation as someone who could work with minimal resources to enable clients to reach their goals. He has managed hundreds of multi-contracting personnel and worked closely with many different companies. Very few people have had the same level of exposure across such a large spectrum of corporate profiles, and multi-disciplinary services.

During his career Paul developed a passion for seeking out keen people who were willing to expand their boundaries and realize their potential. Paul has found his niche with BTA because it allows him the opportunity to work with business owners who have the initiative and tenacity to achieve their goals.

Paul lives on the ocean in Victoria, B.C. with his wife and can regularly be found on his motocross bike, surf board or out hunting in the BC wilderness.
