IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE

• Owning the operational backbone of marketing, ensuring our systems, automation, and data support real growth
• Managing and continuously improving Zoho CRM and connected marketing tools to support the full Member journey
• Building and maintaining reliable marketing automation across email, web, CRM, and SMS
• Supporting and executing email, webinar, and event campaigns with a focus on clean setup, tracking, and follow-through
• Building and optimizing landing pages and funnels to improve conversion and Member acquisition
• Owning marketing dashboards and reporting so the team clearly understands what’s working and what’s not
• Turning marketing data into practical insights that drive better decisions and next actions
• Maintaining high data quality and trust across all marketing systems
• Improving marketing processes over time through documentation, testing, and iteration
  

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 3-5+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations or similar role supporting a marketing team
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end customer journey and how marketing systems support it
• Advanced experience with email marketing, landing pages, and CRM systems
• Proven ability to translate complex data and analytics into actionable insights
• Strong priority management skills, balancing recurring operational work with new initiatives
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams
