About Breakthrough Academy
We run a ridiculously fast growing business that helps business owners in the trades grow their businesses. We believe in the unlimited potential of entrepreneurship and help our clients (members) break through barriers and take their businesses to the next level.
Our training programs bring systemization to a company’s operations, develop an entrepreneur’s core business skills, and hold accountability to goals along a clear business plan.
Initially developed by three experienced entrepreneurs, Breakthrough Academy is less than two years old and growing rapidly with over 100 business owners developing in the program and an awesome team of 8 running the show. Within the next 3 years, we will be the largest training and development platform for trades and service companies across North America.
Because of all this growth, we need someone who understands the true definition of Client Success. This is where you come in.
This is for you if:
- You’re passionate about client success and genuinely love helping people succeed.
- You are articulate and communicate extremely well – in person, and more importantly over the phone and through online meetings.
- You love to problem solve and achieve goals.
- You are highly organized and precise. Details are your thing and you love keeping things in order.
- You’re process driven and like to automate things with software or other people.
- You are highly proficient and experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- You get stuff done and implement with minimal direction.
You will be:
- Managing the onboarding process of new members and set them up for success as they begin our program.
- Coordinating all customer fulfillment including digital courses, implementation meetings, and all other learning resources.
- Strategizing with our members on how to get the most out of the Breakthrough Academy programs.
- Focusing on keeping our members engaged to reduce churn.
- Championing our member’s needs internally and influence product delivery, new product offerings, and our overall customer success strategy.
- Maintaining a Member Success Dashboard and tracking all relevant metrics.
- Helping make training content and presentations look great.
- Assisting in planning awesome in-person events for our members.
- Be a part of an amazing team with other young high-performers who work hard and have a ton of fun together.
- Design and implement solutions that will enhance the success of hundreds of business owners.
