Mason’s Fresh Take on Growth and Team Culture

Mason wants to see everyone around him reach their potential.

It's this perspective that led him to hire a counselor on retainer for his staff and has him putting extra hours in to develop leaders from within his organization... forming great company culture.

Mason has also taken the time to build a robust KPI reporting system and marketing engine that gives him the clarity to make decisions and pull levers as needed. The result has been healthy and steady growth, even through seasonal changes.

He's only 29, but Mason is a leader to watch as he brings a fresh perspective to an established industry.
