Top Notch roofing has been a family run roofing company from the outset.
Working alongside his father, Marcel learned the business hands on by wearing many hats on the production side. Walter joined as a business partner (and brother-in-law) to work on sales, marketing and office management.
The 2 of them have maintained strong family culture in the business, while changing almost every other area of a 7 figure company through new systems. The results speak for themselves.

HIGHLIGHTS

"Prior to BTA, Marcel and Walter were wearing all the hats including Roofing Installers. They felt like they were spinning their tires on the hamster wheel and constantly fighting fires. The company was producing lots of work, had a good reputation for quality, but was delivering very low profit.
Since joining BTA, they have gained a ton of confidence in where they can realistically take the business with their Strategic Plan. This includes building a “Home Crew” of roofing installers / repair technicians and job site supervisors, creating a more refined sales process, and implementing technology to better manage and grow the business.
