PROGRAM TERMS

1.1 PROGRAM ELEMENTS

BTA offers the following Program which is briefly summarized for each Phase below, with the full Program content for each Phase listed on our Website:

• The Blueprint Phase (3 hours a day, one day a week for 6 weeks) includes:
  • Professional instruction and support through the 6 pillars of the Blueprint Phase, as described at https://www.btacademy.com/the-program/;
  • 6 live instructional sessions, each 3 hours in length, and their related resources
  • One-on-one touch point with a BTA Business Coach mid-way through to answer any individual questions you have; and
  • Lifetime access to digital records of the Blueprint Phase.
• The Implementation Phase (month to month, BTA recommends a minimum 12 months of active participation for results) includes:
  • Access to the Skill Hub containing all sessions in the Contractor Growth Method; 80 Sessions with bi-weekly lesson plans guiding you through the implementation process
  • Bi-weekly meetings to guide you through the Contractor Growth Method, as described at https://www.btacademy.com/the-program/;
  • Associated templates and frameworks to implement in your daily operations;
  • Customized coaching and training based on the the Implementation Track that you select prior to Blueprint
  • Membership in the BTA Inside Circle, a private online community of over 1000 Members;
  • Invitations to in-person BTA Member Events
  • Access to industry leading Approved Vendor Partners;
  • Master Business Plan: Your Company dashboard giving you a live view of your key metrics
    

• Advanced Development Programs: Leaders Circle and Masters Circle (month to month) include:
  • Access to the Skill Hub containing all sessions in the Contractor Growth Method; 80 Sessions with bi-weekly lesson plans guiding you through the implementation process
  • Monthly meetings to continue your education in areas of business, leadership and personal growth
  • Associated templates and frameworks to implement in your daily operations and your lifestyle;
  • Membership in the BTA Inside Circle, including exclusive forum groups for these programs, and access to the broader community of over 1000 Members
  • Invitations to in-person BTA Member Events including exclusive add-ons and Award Eligibility.
  • Access to industry leading Approved Vendor Partners;
  • Master Business Plan: Your Company dashboard giving you a live view of your key metrics
  • Access to Industry Playbooks

1.2 Implementation Tracks

• Pro Track:
  • One-on-one Coaching as you get onboarded into the Pro Track (Foundations)
  • Bi-weekly implementation meetings with your Coach and a small, carefully matched group to create high level conversations;
  • Focused, quarterly strategic planning meetings with your Coach aimed at helping you develop clear a direction for your business;
  • Access to one-on-one support from your Coach as needed (typically 1 hour every 2 weeks); and
  • Invitation to attend an annual industry-specific live Mastermind event;
• Accelerator Track:
  • Bi-weekly implementation meetings that are Coach lead, with a group of industry specific entrepreneurs
  • Focused, quarterly strategic planning sessions with your coach aimed at helping you develop clear direction for your business; and
  • Access to one-on-one support from your coach as needed (typically 1 hour a month).
• Essential Track:
  • Bi-weekly implementation meetings that are coach lead, with a group of like-minded entrepreneurs
  • Bi-weekly Q & A session (Mastermind Meeting) with Guest Coaches and Experts
  • Call and email support to help you implement and utilize the proprietary BTA Software and Multiple Resource Locations.
  • Access to Playbooks: Industry Specific templates and frameworks
  • 1:1 Coaching in Triage fashion with strict limitations on regularity.

1.3 Advanced Development Programs

• Leaders Circle:
  • Monthly meetings - 2-3 Hours in Duration
    • 1-4 Guest Speakers for the first half of the meeting walking the group through business and/or personal development learning (Leadership, Wellness, Relationship, Wealth).
    • CGM Implementation breakouts for 3+ months at a time, guided by experts, and focused on member-driven desired resources to supplement learning.
    • Small industry focused breakouts with 2-4 businesses holding accountability and discussing business.
    • Once per quarter we vary the meeting to a CGM focused section, and then an “online summit” whereby members can update their peers and get feedback on the plan vs. actual results.
    • Access to the Leaders Circle Accountability dashboard including the LC Library
  • Monthly Q&A Sessions (2 hours or less)
    • We will focus on Masterminding pre-submitted questions first.
    • We will stay in the larger group for widely applicable questions, then break into Large AJS (General Construction) vs. Small/Medium AJS (Sub-trade) discussions after that.
    • These will be led by anywhere from 1-3 guest coaches and experts, but supplemented and made great through the power of the Mastermind.
      
• Masters Circle:
  • Monthly online meetings —3 hour highly-focused meeting setting goals, reviewing business and personal results and getting feedback on your biggest business challenges from other Masters Circle Members
  • Quarterly in-person meetings across North America - 2 day business meeting building and getting feedback on your quarterly plans, learning from high impact guest speakers and connecting and learning from BTA's most accomplished Members.
    

1.4 START DATES

The Program commences on several dates throughout the year as set by BTA. Start dates will be referred to respectively as the “Blueprint Start Date” and “Implementation Start Date”. All Members must complete the Blueprint Phase before commencing the Implementation Phase.

• Blueprint Start Date

If you registered for a Blueprint Start Date and can no longer commence the Blueprint Phase on that date due to exceptional circumstances, you must promptly notify BTA who may, in its sole discretion, move your Blueprint Start Date to the next available date (“Alternate BP Start Date”). Your Blueprint Start Date may only be extended once free of charge. Any changes in Blueprint Start Date beyond the first extension will incur a change fee of $500.

If you do not start on the Alternate BP Date, BTA will refund you 50% of the Fees (as defined in Section 3) for the Blueprint Phase, and retain the remaining 50% of the Fees in the form of a credit to your account. The credit is valid for one (1) year. You will also retain access to Blueprint Phase recordings and resources indefinitely.

• Implementation Start Date

During the Blueprint Phase, you will be introduced to your Coach who will commence the Implementation Phase with you immediately following the Blueprint Phase. In the same way, you can move directly from the Implementation Phase into the Advanced Development Phases once you and your Coach confirm that you are ready to advance.

1.5 MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

You may cancel your Membership as follows:

• Before Implementation

Prior to completion of the Blueprint Phase, with 5 business days’ advance written notice prior to completion of the Blueprint Phase; or

• During Implementation:

At any other time, with a minimum of 30 days’ notice prior to your final billing date. During these final 30 days, you will work with your coach to develop plans forward for the continuity of your business.

1.6 MEMBERSHIP FEES

Your Membership is subject to your payment of the following fees (the “Fees”) which are payable to BTA in your local currency by credit card:

• Blueprint Phase Initiation Fee
  • $5,500 (plus applicable taxes), payable in full on the Effective Date, or as otherwise specified by BTA;
• Implementation Phase Monthly Fees (the “Monthly Fees”)

The Monthly Fees set out in your invoice will vary based on your selected track as set out below and are payable on the 1st or 15th day of the month, as specified by BTA:

• Pro Track: $2,850/month (plus applicable taxes)
• Accelerator Track: $1,850/month (plus applicable taxes)
• Essential Track: $850/month (plus applicable taxes)
• Continuing Education Phase Monthly Fees (the “Monthly Fees”)

The Monthly Fees set out in your invoice will vary based on your selected track as set out below and are payable on the 1st or 15th day of the month, as specified by BTA:

• Leaders Circle $850/month (plus applicable taxes)
• Masters Circle $3,100/month (plus applicable taxes)
